To meet San Francisco building requirements, a portion of the original structure was preserved while the remainder of the home was completely rebuilt—effectively transforming it into a new-construction residence. This modern, light-filled home features expansive open spaces and showcases our collaboration on a striking custom staircase, designed as both a functional element and architectural focal point. Strategic placement of skylights enhances natural illumination throughout the interior, while large-scale windows were integrated to maximize panoramic views. The result is a contemporary, elevated living environment that feels both seamless and sophisticated.
